  • 6 Week Beginner Kettlebell Programme

    Perfect for beginners with access to 2 different size kettlebells (for example an 8kg and a 16kg). This can be purchased in isolation but is ideal with a 1:1 to ensure correct and safe form.
     
    • Six week programme using kettlebells and body weight
    • Progressing intensity to ensure improvement in strength
    • Guidance on level of exertion or weight to be used
  • 6 Week Beginner Dumbbell Prog with 1:1

    Perfect for beginners who are new to strength training and need guidance before beginning the programme
     
    • A one to one session to run through your programme
    • A six week programme for you to complete at home
    • Will suit someone with 2 or 3 pairs of dumbbells
